On March 29, 30 and 31, 2019, the 2nd   International Seminar on Police Tactical Actions and Military, Personnel and Civil Self Defense by the following entities: International Police Confederation (IPC); Academie Jacques Levinet (AJL); World Krav Maga Organization (WKMO); JD Police Defense System. The organization and promotion are the responsibility of this International Police Confederation in partnership with the International Police Confederation France Section, International Police Confederation Brazil Section and JD Police Defense System.

The event marks the implementation in Brazil of the International Police Confederation. After years of studies, events and training for dozens of instructors, Brazil enters the circuit of the most modern police techniques taught by the IPC. In fact, the inauguration of the headquarters will take place on 03/28/2019.

The International Police Confederation is a worldwide network that brings together different security forces to exchange experiences and provide instruction on police operational techniques, self-defense, martial arts and combat, in order to further improve police performance, increasing the security of citizens and members of the security forces themselves. The IPC is already present in dozens of countries (France, Germany, United States, China, Russia, Spain, Portugal, Canada, Mexico, Switzerland, Australia, etc.) and has the credibility of the International Federation for Personal Defense and Police Training AJL (Jacques Levinet Academy) and the World Krav Maga Organization.

The IPC has internationally recognized members and has already provided training to security forces with international recognition for the excellence of their performance (New York Police, Spetsnaz Russa, Israel Police, French Swat, Australian Swat, Rotam Brazil, Bope Brasil, etc.). Captain Jacques Levinet, President, master and founder of the International Police Confederation, has a vast curriculum in police techniques, self-defense, martial arts and combat, a set of knowledge that has allowed him to consolidate and develop the most modern police performance techniques.

It is noteworthy that the 1st International Seminar on Police Tactical Actions and Military, Personnel and Civil Self Defense, held between November 23 and 26, 2017, was a success and considered the largest civil and military self-defense event in the history of Brazil . The event had the participation of several national and international bodies and entities, such as: Presidency of the Republic; Brazilian Army, Embassy of the Republic of France; Embassy of the People's Republic of China;   Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines; Mato Grosso do Sul Military Police; DF Military Police (several groups, including Rotam and BOPE); Brazilian Confederation of Professional Boxing; dozens of martial arts entities, among many others. There was even publication of the official magazine of the International Police Confederation (MAG AJL), one of the most respected in the segment, distributed in several countries, with coverage of the event.

The 2nd International Seminar of CIP/Brazil, therefore, will be of great relevance due to the improvement/levelling of security forces with the most modern techniques to improve community service in the area of public security. In addition, there will be the beginning of training dozens of instructors and police officers to serve as multipliers, taking self-defense throughout society, in order to reduce the rate of urban violence, including with the elderly, women and children. Courses impart theoretical knowledge and develop practical skills that increase security in society for all citizens.
